- The opportunity to provide feedback on proposed amendments to the Lower Athabasca Regional Plan to incorporate regulatory details for implementing the Cold Lake and Bistcho Lake sub-regional plans is now open. These amendments implement plans that help enable caribou recovery goals while also supporting a broad range of land uses and values including conservation, Indigenous traditional use, recreation and economic development in these sub-regions.
